MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A Memphis hairstylist isn’t letting Covid-19 stop her from doing what she loves most, which is boosting the confidence of young girls.
For the second year in a row, Memphis hairstylist Brianna Davison gave away free wigs to young girls all around the world.
Those girls struggled with hair loss.
“Just to give children their crown back,” Davison said.
“You know women, girls, our hair is our crown," Davison explained. "So, I just want to be able to give a girl her crown back. Means everything to me.”
Davison is the founder of the Rich Kids Collection.

It’s a charitable hair line for children who suffer from hair loss due to cancer, alopecia and more.
Davison is preparing for her second annual Kids Wig Tour but this year is a little different.
“Last year, I got the chance to travel all around the world to give these wigs to these kids, but this year due to COVID-19 of course, I wasn’t able to do that,” Davison said.
“But God made a way, and I’m able to ship the boxes to make sure they get the wigs,” she said.
Davison’s customized wig can cost around $500 or more.
Dozens of girls emailed Davison about their hair loss journey and desire for a wig.
Ten lucky girls will receive a box that includes a wig, scarf, brush and a face mask along with something extra special.
“Most of the stories are from girls who are dealing with low self-esteem, bullying, and low confidence,” she said.
“I just put a personal note in there for all of them just to let them know that I’m here with them,” she said.

Davison even invited a special helper to help pack the boxes.
In 2019, FOX13’s Lauren Coleman interviewed 9-year-old Qhristian Eubanks and her father Antwan Brown.
Eubanks struggled with severe hair loss, but doctors haven’t determined a cause.
“I know for a fact they will be happy,” Brown said.
“I hope that it boosts their confidence like it did my daughter. It’s a blessing. Even though she couldn’t do her tour, she’s still making it happen,” Brown explained.
FOX13’s Lauren Coleman asked Davison how it made her feel to know she was going to change the lives of girls she’s never met before.
“It makes me feel complete knowing that God’s will is being done on the Earth even during a pandemic,” Davison said.
“During a time, such as this. Nothing can stop his plan. Nothing can stop the will for my life. So, I feel unstoppable. Thank you, God. Thank you, Lord,” she said.
The ten lucky winners are from all over, including Dallas, Philadelphia and even the Philippines.
